General Notes
Monday, April 7, 2008
- Tech rehearsal (this is to work out lighting and sound) – ALL CAST
- Rehearsal begins at 6:00 PM sharp! All cast members should be checked in by 5:30.
- No costumes or make-up
- Parents are welcome to stay and take photos
- We will finish up at about 9:00. Children’s chorus will finish by 8:00.
- If your child is in the show and must wait around for you to finish, please pack something for them to do while waiting. They must remain in the theater until you are done.
Tuesday, April 8, 2008
- Call at 5:30.
- Rehearsal 6-9 for adults and teen wives to review and clean up the show.
- No costumes or make-up.
- NO CHILDREN’S CHORUS…..stay home, rest, go to bed early…….
Wednesday, April 9, 2008
- Formal dress rehearsal 7 PM– consider this a performance!
- Children’s Chorus and Teen Wives: REPORT at 5:30 PM. Come in full costumes with hair, makeup, etc. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SIGNED IN WITH A CHAPERONE.
- Adult cast and all principal characters: REPORT at 5:30 PM to backstage area with costumes.
- Wives should do their own hair and makeup at home. Bring extra for touch-ups.
- 6:15 cast photo
- 6:30 PM – warm up for all singers in chorus room
- 7:00 PM – curtain goes up!
- This is a real performance that we open up to senior citizens for free. Parents may watch if they like but we request you make a donation to the PTA if you do so (we will have a donation basket).
- Pick up/sign out of all children and teen wives in cafeteria. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Thursday, April 10, 2008 — Opening Night!!
- Performance at 7 PM
- Children/Teen Wives: REPORT at 5:30 PM to cafeteria. Come in full costumes ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SIGNED IN WITH A CHAPERONE.
- Adult cast and all principal characters: REPORT at 5:30 PM to backstage area with costumes.
- Wives should do their own hair and makeup at home. Bring extra for touch-ups.

- Two performance: 2 PM and 7 PM
- Children/Teen wives: REPORT at 12:30 noon to cafeteria. Come in full costumes. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SIGNED IN WITH A CHAPERONE.
- Adult cast and all principal characters: REPORT at 12:30 noon to backstage area with costumes.

- We expect the show to last about 1 ½ hours.
- Break…..Go home, rest, get dinner, report back at 5:30.
- Warm up for all singers at 6:30 P.M. in chorus room..

Sunday, April 13, 2008
- Performance at 2 PM
- Children/Teen wives: REPORT at 12:30 noon to cafeteria. Come in full costumes ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SIGNED IN WITH A CHAPERONE.
- Adult cast and all principal characters: REPORT at 12:30 noon to backstage area with costumes.
- Wives should do their own hair and makeup at home. Bring extra for touch-ups.
- 1:30 PM – warm up for all singers in chorus room
- 2:00 PM – curtain goes up!
- We expect the show to last about 1 ½ hours.
- Pick up/sign out of all children and dancers is in cafeteria. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- CAST PARTY – immediately following final performance. All cast and families are welcome. This will last about 30-60 minutes and is lots of fun.
- BREAK DOWN AND MOVE OUT! We need LOTS of hands and strong backs to help us dismantle everything and clean up. Please plan to have an adult or teen from your family stay. The more help we have the quicker we will be done!
General Notes
- ANYTHING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE – YOU MUST CHECK THE WEBSITE DAILY
- Snacks: we will have a general snack are set up in the cafeteria for all to share. All cast should sign up to bring a snack for performances. No food or drink is allowed in the theater or in the chorus room.
- Parents of children and teen wives are expected to chaperone at least one performance. Note that if you chaperone, you will not see the show (except maybe a few peeks from backstage).
- Parents, you must have a ticket to see any shows you want to attend.
- For safety reasons, please sign all children and teen wives in and out in the cafeteria
- We expect each performance to last about 1 ½ -2 hours.
- No photography during performances. Parents can take photos Sunday and Monday.
- Kids should bring something to keep them occupied – homework, book, game, etc. We cannot be responsible for belongings, including electronics like gameboys, ipods, etc. Let your kids know that if they choose to bring these, they are responsible for them. Blankets to sit on are a good idea also.
- If you have questions, please ask a producer. This will be a fun week (tiring, but fun).
