Rehearsal Guidelines

We need to make sure we are "good visitors" at Clark school; therefore, we need to adhere to several guidelines:

• Be prompt and ready to work when you arrive!
  
  
• Always enter and exit through the doors nearest the All Purpose Room (APR).
  
  
• Everyone should bring a pair of non-marking shoes (such as sneakers) to wear while in the APR. All outside shoes and boots will be kept in the lobby. We need to keep the APR clean!
  
  
• Put your music and other notes in a folder or binder with your name and phone number.
  
  
• No eating or drinking in the APR, but do remember to bring water bottles.
  
  
• Everyone is to remain in the APR, music/art room, or lobby area except to use the rest rooms. No one will be allowed in the classroom area.
  
  
• Cast members should be at rehearsals only at their scheduled times.
  
  
• In particular, children should be dropped off and picked up according to the published schedule. We do not have chaperone coverage after rehearsal has ended.
