We would like to thank the 2011-2012 Executive Board for all their hard work and support they have given to our community and schools in the past year.

Amherst PTA Auction

Help us bring excitement and success to the Annual Amherst PTA Auction!  There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes of a successful auction and we’re hoping you will join us.

We need people to help get donations, organize and keep track of donations, write accurate and creative descriptions of items, research and brainstorm new ideas for our auction and, of course, people to donate items.  Do you fit in any of those categories?  If so, we’d love your help!

Our first meeting will be Thursday, May 24th at noon at Panera Bread.  Please let us know if you'll be joining us so we can reserve a seat for you.  If you can help out but can’t make this meeting, we’d still love to hear from you.  Please contact Gillian or Linda at gillian-smith@comcast.net or amherstgold@gmail.com.

Chunky's Fundraiser

The Amherst PTA is offering you prepaid movie tickets for a discounted price of $5.00 each.  That is cheaper than the cost of a matinee movie!  Order those summer movie tickets now and save.

• Tickets are good for any Chunky’s location (Haverhill, Nashua, Pelham)
• Tickets are good for any movie*, anytime (Monday-Thursday)
• Tickets have no “Black Out” dates
• Tickets have a 1-year expiration date
• *A $3.00 surcharge will be added at the ticket counter when prepaid fundraising admission is redeemed for a 3D film.  

Please return your order and payment by Friday, May 18, 2012.  Remember to include your child’s name and homeroom teacher with the order.  Checks can be made payable to Amherst PTA.
Anyone that sells 35 or more tickets will receive a Chunky’s Cinema Prize.

PTA Magazine Drive

The magazine drive has gone green! 

Our schools will receive 40% of each order and these funds will be used to support important goals and programs that benefit our children.
Over 600 magazine titles — great value and prices for everyone.
Renew your favorite subscription, order a new title or give a gift. Get your family and friends involved by sending them the website and code below!
All of the funds received by the PTA will support programs at Clark, Wilkins, and AMS.

1. Click on the name of one of the schools below. Your web browser will open to QSP.Com, and you can then click on 'Shop Now'.

2. Pay with your credit card.  
3. Allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.
