Due to lack of participation, the Amherst PTA will not be participating in the Reflections Program for this year.
Amherst PTA 60th Annual Play - Oklahoma!
Oklahoma!, the first musical written by famed composers Rodgers and Hammerstein is coming to the Amherst PTA! The perfect show to celebrate 60 years of wonderful community theatre with its uplifting story, beautiful scenery and popular music.

The magazine drive has gone green!
Our schools will receive 40% of each order and these funds will be used to support important goals and programs that benefit our children.

All of the funds received by the PTA will support programs at Clark, Wilkins, and AMS.

Oklahoma! Poster Contest
Attention Amherst Student Artists! The Amherst PTA's 60th Annual Production of Oklahoma is coming in April! Producers and Directors are looking for the perfect poster to promote our show! Specifically, we are looking for artwork that will be the focal point of our advertising. (Artwork only, black and white or color, 8 1/2" x 11" or smaller. Performance and ticket information will be added later). Deadline for submissions will be January 15th. The winner will have the honor of their work being in the local papers, t-shirts, and used on posters that will be posted in our schools and in local stores and ticket outlets. The winner will also receive 2 free tickets to the show!

Proposals for the 61st April 2013 PTA PLAY are now being accepted!
Please submit your proposal to the PTA Board at ptaboard@amherst.org.
The proposal should include the following information:
1. Your name and contact information
2. Name of Play
3. Producer(s)
4. Ticket Manger(s)
5. Publicity
6. Choreographer
7. Music Director/Pianist
8. Playbill Manager
9. Budget/Cost analysis
10. Anything or anyone that is related to the production of the play.
